Every deposit goes toward your total. If a booking has more than one service, the highest deposit applies.

Cancellations and rescheduling

48+ hours' notice: full deposit back, or move it to a new date for free.
24–48 hours' notice: we keep half the deposit; the other half moves to your new date.
Under 24 hours, or a no-show: we keep the deposit.
No-show means we arrive and can't reach the vehicle or keys after waiting 15 minutes.
Bad weather: we reschedule for free and your deposit carries over.
Services with no deposit can cancel any time. After two late cancellations or no-shows, future bookings need a deposit.
